Commission Brief

To help the artist create the perfect artwork for you, consider the following:

  • What should the picture feature? A character, your pet, a landscape, a seascape, flowers…?
  • Which style do you prefer? Oil painting, abstract, cartoon, vintage, surreal, impressionist…?
  • Are there any colours you’d like to highlight or avoid?
  • What mood do you want to convey? Bright and energetic, calm and peaceful, dark and dramatic…?
  • What orientation do you want? Portrait, landscape, or square?
  • If you share a reference image, what should the artist note in it?

The more details you provide, the better the artist can interpret your vision!
